All sales are final. GCVYO does not offer refunds for any products purchased. As each item is made to order specifically for you, we cannot accommodate requests for returns or exchanges. Production and Shipping Times
Due to the bespoke nature of our products and the fact that they are handmade by artisans in rural communities, please allow up to 30 days for production and delivery. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to local holidays, adverse weather conditions, or logistical challenges. We will make every effort to keep you informed of the progress of your order. However, we cannot guarantee delivery times.
